Meditating in class.

After meditating for ten minutes in class, I feel like I just took a short power nap, which is always good to have during an early morning class, but I did have a lot of trouble with concentrating and focusing on my breathing. My thoughts were scattered and jumping right from one idea to the next, as always, as soon as I close my eyes to relax, I have a million and one thoughts running through my mind all at the same time making it next to impossible to stop thinking and focus on that one thing, deep breathing, if I’m going to be successful with meditation it’s clear that it is going to take a lot of practice for me to get the hang of it.
